Home visits

If you require a visit please phone before 10am and give the name, address, current location and telephone number of the patient.

The receptionist will ask what the reason for the visit is and whether you can attend the practice.

Please do not be offended by this as it is purely to enable the receptionist to pass on the correct details to the doctor.

The doctor may phone you back before visiting to assess whether a visit is required.

The doctor may ask you to attend the practice or may offer a telephone consultation.

Home visits are reserved for patients who are housebound or too ill to come to the practice.
